In order to enhance the comprehensive skills of employees, build a strong professional technical and management team, Yueqing Xinghuo Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. held an 8-day (two-stage) training on six core quality management tools. This training specially invited renowned lecturer Yang from Suzhou Xiexin to teach and share relevant knowledge on APQP/CP/PAPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA.            

Firstly, Mr. Xia Yifan, the general manager of the company, gave a mobilization speech, emphasizing that quality is the core of enterprise development. From project development to process control, it is necessary to firmly follow standards and use tools to develop products that meet customer requirements. In order to achieve this goal, it is necessary to first improve internal skills and enhance team strength. Every employee who participates in the training is required to identify gaps and make up for shortcomings, truly understand and analyze the importance of professional knowledge and skills, and achieve a balance between work and study, actively participate in training and empowerment.

During the training process, Teacher Yang explained the six core tools, APQP (Advanced Product Quality Plan), CP (Control Plan), PPAP (Production Parts Approval Procedure), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control), MSA (Measurement System Analysis), in a clear and concise manner based on standards and case studies. He also guided employees in using professional tools and knowledge to simulate and analyze, enabling them to quickly master the application methods of quality management tools and solve quality management problems in practical work.

After the training, many students responded enthusiastically to the training. They all expressed that the training effectively solved their knowledge blind spots and application difficulties in quality management tools, and improved their abilities and levels in the field of quality management.
